Our lab has a tradition of going to Applebee’s every semester for half off appetizers. This time around was a blast!

This August, two of our lab members (Alexis, ’23 and Nat, ’24) had a great time at the Bring Me the Horizon/Fall Out Boy concert at PNC Arts Center. Rock on, Reactivity Lab!

This past Tuesday was TCNJ’s annual Day to End Rape Culture (DERC), a day dedicated to sexual assault awareness and prevention. The Reactivity Lab hosted a table on supporting survivors of sexual assault focusing on positive social reactions to sexual assault disclosure. We had 130 visitors, many of whom shared their own ideas of a positive reaction to SA disclosure. Thank you to everyone who stopped by!

Congratulations to Jess and Harish for being inducted into Psi Chi International Honors Society in Psychology! We are very proud to see our lab members succeeding and earning these honors.

Elijah Buckwalter, Meagan McDowell, Olivia Ortelli, Isabel Rodriguez, and Rajbir Toor had posters accepted for presentation at the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies’s 54th Annual Convention, which is to be held November 19 – 22, 2020 in “Philadelphia, P.A” (virtually).

Reactivity Lab members presented their research findings at TCNJ’s inaugural Psychology-CoSA.

On November 21-24, Dr. Herres and senior lab member, Shaun Meyers, presented their work at the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies Conference (ABCT) in Atlanta, Georgia!

On April 24th, 2019, several members of the Reactivity Lab were inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Phi Beta Kappa is the oldest academic honor society in the United States, and is often described as its most prestigious.
