We accept new applications each semester. Students selected to join the lab participate in collaborative research for course credit (PSY 390, 395, or 492) during the following fall or spring.

What You’ll Do

This is a WRITING INTENSIVE Lab

As a lab member, you will:

• Write 10-15 pages for PSY390; 20-25 pages for PSY 395 or 492 credit
• Work in a team of 6–10 students on a full research study
• Gain advanced knowledge of the lab’s research topics
• Build skills in:
  • Data management
  • Problem-solving
  • Public speaking
  • Academic writing
• Participate in weekly lab meetings to:
  • Discuss research articles
  • Learn how studies are designed
  • Explore how findings are published and presented
  • Collaborate and exchange constructive peer feedback
