ABCT’s 52nd Annual Convention Acceptances

Emma Young, Shira Pollack, and Alvin Tran had posters accepted for presentation at the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies’s 52nd Annual Convention, which is to be held November 15 – 18, 2018 in Washington, D.C. Emma’s poster is titled “Coping Moderates Emotional Reactivity to Daily Events During College”. Shira’s poster is titled “The Relationship between Daily Mood and Procrastination in Liberal Arts College Students”. Alvin’s poster is titled “Mindfulness Moderates the Relationship between Perceived Stress and Depressive Symptoms in College Students “.

On Wednesday, March 28th, several members of the Reactivity Lab were inducted into Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology, while some were elected to another term on the honor society’s Executive Board.

Psi Chi Award at EPA

Giuli and Emma won an award from Psi Chi: The International Honor Society in Psychology, for their poster to be presented at the Eastern Psychological Association conference this March! They will be presenting their poster at the Psi Chi Awards Ceremony on Friday, March 2, at 8am. Congratulations!

Poster Accepted to EPA

Giuli and Emma had a poster accepted for presentation at the Eastern Psychological Association titled “The Contribution of Externalizing Behaviors on Parental Attachment and Academic Achievement”! The poster will be presented at their March conference in Philadelphia; our lab members will be presenting on Friday, March 2, from 3:30pm to 4:50pm.
